Within Australia we deliver all our orders via Australia Post. Our standard orders below $149.99 are Flat Rate of $10 all orders over $149.99 AUD we offer FREE shipping. If orders are placed before 1pm (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day, it will be sent on that day. We try hard to deliver your order within 7 days but it may be longer if you live in a remote area.
If goods are damaged or lost in transit then we will take responsibility for this. This rarely happens and we will deal with Australia Post to sort out any problems. Please notify us for a return of damaged goods or if your goods have not arrived in a reasonable time frame.
OUT OF STOCK: We update our stock levels on a regular basis but there may be occasions that someone has purchased the same item that you have ordered at the same time. We also have a shop front that some items will be displayed in. The item that you wanted may have been purchased by a customer in our store before we have had time to update the stock level in the website. If this happens we will notify you within one business day and advise you of the revised delivery time if a re-order is available. If we cannot re-order we will immediately advise you and refund your money.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All our prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). All products are priced at the recommended retail price as set by brand or label. We are not a discounter but we will have some reduced items to clear to make way for new season stock. So you might be lucky to grab that garment you have been looking for in the clearance section at a great price.
At Casual Step we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:
If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your non sale item/s, we are more than happy to process a refund. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to accept return on sale items.
We accept returns for change of mind within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. All refunds will be less $9.95 freight unless the freight was paid for by the customer.
All costs involved with the postage/shipping of return items is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange items will need to be processed as a new sale.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
Please note: We don't offer exchanges, credit notes or returns on sale or discounted items
We will only accept returned item(s) that have been pre approved. Please email our returns department for approval emailing email@example.com
What can't be sent back?
For hygiene reasons; earrings, hats, hair accessories and head scarves cannot be returned.
Items of unsuitable quality - no fake tan, makeup, animal hair, deodorant or perfume marks.
If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.
If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.
**Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Casual Step. We will not be able to provide a return on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).
