Handcrafted on the Surf Coast of Victoria using soy wax, the Celia Loves Field Notes Collection is a modern iteration of Celia Loves earliest designs which remain cult-favourites online and in stores. Featuring original botanical illustrations, vintage-inspired stripes and a fashion-led colour palette, this collection is all at once familiar and new.
Celia Loves scented soy candles have been carefully curated to instantly elevate your everyday moments and *seriously* scent your space. Hand-poured into contemporary glass vessels using only 100% cotton, lead-free wicks, they’re a chic addition to any space (and an epic gift that will get you LOTS of brownie points).

STANDARD DELIVERY
Free Standard Delivery for all orders $200 and over.
A flat rate of $10 for all orders under $200.
Orders placed before 1pm will typically be processed and dispatched on the same day
EXPRESS DELIVERY
A flat rate of $14.95 for all express shipping.
Returns information
At Casual Step we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows: If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your non sale item/s, we are more than happy to process a refund. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to accept return on sale items.
RETURNS:
We accept returns for change of mind within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. All refunds will be less $9.50 freight unless the freight was paid for by the customer.
All costs involved with the postage/shipping of return items is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange items will need to be processed as a new sale.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
Please note: We don't offer exchanges, credit notes or returns on sale or discounted items
We will only accept returned item(s) that have been pre approved. Please email our returns department for approval emailing sales@casualstep.com.au
WHAT CAN'T BE SENT BACK?
Sale items.
For hygiene reasons; earrings, hats, hair accessories and head scarves cannot be returned.
Items of unsuitable quality - no fake tan, makeup, animal hair, deodorant or perfume marks.
If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via emailing sales@casualstep.com.au please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.
**Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Casual Step. We will not be able to provide a return on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).
