The "Night Sky" pendant bracelet is a celebration of fresh starts and new horizons, inspired by the celestial maps of the moon and stars that have guided countless journeys through generations.
In Aboriginal culture, the moon and stars hold a special significance, serving as navigational tools and symbols of guidance. For every piece sold from our CONNECTED Collection, $5 will be donated to the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation (AIEF). AIEF provides scholarships to enable Indigenous youth to access high-quality secondary education opportunities and supports them to successfully transition into further studies or employment.
The symbols and meanings shared are unique to Daisy Hill and do not represent all First Nations people. All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural groups have different perspectives, interpretations and understandings of the stories and knowledge. They are the oldest known civilisation on Earth and their knowledge has been passed between generations for over 75,000 years.
Shipping Information
STANDARD DELIVERY
Free Standard Delivery for all orders $200 and over.
A flat rate of $10 for all orders under $200.
Orders placed before 1pm will typically be processed and dispatched on the same day
EXPRESS DELIVERY
A flat rate of $14.95 for all express shipping.
Returns information
At Casual Step we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows: If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your non sale item/s, we are more than happy to process a refund. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to accept return on sale items.
RETURNS:
We accept returns for change of mind within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. All refunds will be less $9.50 freight unless the freight was paid for by the customer.
All costs involved with the postage/shipping of return items is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange items will need to be processed as a new sale.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
Please note: We don't offer exchanges, credit notes or returns on sale or discounted items
We will only accept returned item(s) that have been pre approved. Please email our returns department for approval emailing sales@casualstep.com.au
WHAT CAN'T BE SENT BACK?
Sale items.
For hygiene reasons; earrings, hats, hair accessories and head scarves cannot be returned.
Items of unsuitable quality - no fake tan, makeup, animal hair, deodorant or perfume marks.
If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via emailing sales@casualstep.com.au please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.
**Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Casual Step. We will not be able to provide a return on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).
